“ Came in to do some work and grab lunch and a beer while my daughter was at a birthday party. Was put in a corner booth right by the window with a really nice view of the lake and restaurant. The atmosphere, service, food, and beer were top shelf. I will be back with my wife soon. Brad was my server and he was awesome. ”
“ Hit Birch's today for a Dortmunder and Coffee Chocolate Golden Ale, both were good, liked Dortmunder more. I liked that there was a bonfire going on outside, not that anyone was around it but... Parking was easy in a private lot. Nice that when you enter the front doors read Supper Club then the doors off to the left read Brew House, then you have to descend a flight of steps to the bar. Ingrid was a delightful and chatty bartender, thanks. I liked that besides bar seats I could opt for a regular height lounge chair. Glass walls let you see in to the brew house! The large print tap list is on the wall off to the left of the bar. Thanks Birch's for a comfortable and good tasting experience, cheers! ”

What truly sets it apart is the low noise level, allowing for intimate conversations and a relaxed dining experience. The staff is incredibly attentive, friendly, and well-versed in the menu. They provided excellent recommendations and made sure our dining experience was one to remember. Their dedication to making guests feel welcome is truly outstanding. Birch's offers a delightful fusion of American and Italian dishes, with an extensive menu featuring everything from succulent steaks to delectable seafood and fresh salads. We sampled a variety of dishes, and each one was a flavor explosion. The presentation is on par with upscale dining venues, and the portion sizes are incredibly generous; you definitely won't leave hungry. Birch's also boasts an impressive beer selection, and their cocktails are top-notch. The prices range from 30 to 50, which is well worth it for the quality of food and service you receive. ”

“ I'm surprised by the 4.2 Stars and after reading some of the negative reviews, perhaps we just got really lucky, because I thought everything was excellent!! My aunt, cousin and I went during Winter Restaurant Week (I know, a little late in my review) and we ordered different entrees from the prefix menu and every dish was so so good! My aunt loved her fish tacos, my cousin loved her vegan bowl and my chicken and fries entree was so bomb!! My chicken was tender and moist and my fries crunchy! We sat by the window with an incredible view of the lake. The desserts were to die for and my beer flight was tasty! Mind you I'm writing this from memory from 2 months ago and can still remember how delicious everything was. My mouth is watering right now as I write this review. Oh, the manager or owner stopped by our table to say hello so we thought that was nice. :) ”
